I know this might sound crazy, believe me, if it was me reading this I'd think I was crazy too. But I think I can see the deceased. I need some kind of advice or something. I don't know what to do.
Please don't post if you can't or won't help. I'm not looking for attention, but help or advice. What should I do?

Are you seeing things directly or out of your peripheral vision? Are they color or black and white?

Whatever description you provide would be great before I can answer you.

Also, any changes in your diet, vitamins, or eating/sleeping regime?

Yeah. They definitely know I see them.

You aren't alone. I saw a dead man, in the bed I used to sleep in, several years ago, in the city I now live in. It scared the living crap out of me. You're probably a sensitive and in tune to these kind of things.

Directly in my vision. This has been a lifelong thing for me and I can't stand it anymore. Color. Sometimes they're transparent. Sometimes they're scary like covered in blood as an example.

how do they react?

oh, I belive you, I have a 6th sense too, i can see auras, the energy/emotion of people, are they aware of your sight?

can't say as i believe in this stuff, but do some research, read some books. could be a simple explanation or could be you really are seeing them.

They could be spirit guides, too.

Sometimes they just stare, other times they try to talk. They all react differently.
Like I said before, they know I can see them.

What's a spirit guide.

You might want to simply talk to them (they can hear you and will listen) and tell them to please go away. The spirits I've dealt with, over the years (in different places that I lived and in 2 different states) never were a problem, but did like to be mischievious. Fortunately, there was only that one time that I saw the man in the bed, but because my father had died in 2004, I first thought "oh no! My dad's come back to haunt me." But, it wasn't him. It was most likely the man that had lived in the house and owned it before the guy who lives there now. Spirits are interesting. They pick certain people to be around...and they can make noises, bang pans, ring doorbells, do the footstep routine, etc.

Well, my advice is dependant upon if you want them to go away. If you do, antipsychotic medications will most likely work. Some, but not all, have side effects and are very expensive.

If you feel alone look for support groups. There are many highly functioning members of society who experience auditory or visual hallucinations.

If you don't, be wary of most of the support groups, as they are often housed by people who are actively involved in treatment and believe the meication is a foundation for their well being. Mental illness is NOT a stigma.

A spirit guide is someone that you knew that has died. Unlike a guardian angel, who is assigned at birth, and you don't know. However, angels can take different forms for their assignments too. My daughter has been lucky enough to see at least one angel before. :)

you has a poltergiest, the harmless kind, unless they get mad, then they feed on your energy, and make you life a living hell, or kill you.

I'd be cautious in listening to anyone who assumes you need medication. If they haven't experienced anything to do with spirits, etc., they are likely to think someone needs to do some drugs and things will "go away", and life's just not that simple!
