Its really a toss up for me.

Uriah Heep is one of my all time favorites
  not even in the same boat. Mick is the only original member left , I love to watch him play. Very underrated guitar player, Hendrix is the only better wah-wah pedal man.

Both bands had strong points.
But, I'd have to lean toward Uriah Heap. |

I like a lot of the older classic rock from the 70's and 80's but I've never heard of the band "Hot Tuna" but, I do like Uriah Heap.
