Be happy being an introvert. Everyone has a different level of tolerance, etc., for interaction (which can also change). However, when you realize at times you want to be outgoing, but are afraid, anxious or don't know what to do, making yourself gain experience in interacting with people can give you skills and confidence. If you are really unhappy being an introvert -then maybe you are just an extrovert who can't find the door.

I tend to be anti-social but I am not introverted. This is because I find most of society...insane.

I think of some really cool stuff, so I'm not bored and don't feel lonely when alone. I need to be more active doing cool stuff -but have needed a rest. Interacting with cool people is great, but many interactions are negative -so not wanting to deal with that is understandable.

not to mention that having any kind of strong emotion is just too much right now -they really do require a lot of energy. could become habitual, though -so have to watch the line between tired and lazy

I've been a introvert for as long as I can remember. I'm getting better at socializing now though. I have friends I met online, but we all met for the first time in Las Vegas. I think I'm starting to put the missing pieces in my life together, I think the last piece of the puzzle is to raise a family of my own. I'm a late bloomer due to my insecure past.
