Thinking about trying acupuncture for my sciatic issue. Look for a clinic that offers community acupuncture if VA benefits dont cover it. Much cheaper. Or get on a yoga mat. A lot of floor work for hips/sciatic nerves. Works wonders. OT: Thinking I cannot afford the Netherlands. Im running out of countries.

My VA clinic will have an acupuncturist on duty soon and my shoulder therapist is going to let me know when.

I'm thinking it bothers me when I'm watching an American cooking show where they speak with no accent until they mention international ingredients and then the put on an accent when they pronounce those ingredients. Drives me nuts. 🤬

Thinking it's Random Acts of Kindness week, and my committee at work gave our colleagues a challenge to do a R.A.K. every day this week. It's been really nice to see such good deeds happening around the school.

Thinking nap just after 6am, mom and her bathroom cleaned, bed stripped, remade, sheets, blankets washed, dried, folded, kitchen cleaned, dishes washed, made ham salad and potato salad, dishes washed again, moms breakfast is ready and morning pills, cat's fed and played with and got a4 mile walk in for me.... Yep definitely nap time! So I can get up in a hour and do it all over again
