And as an Independent he would be todays Ross Perot. Good news for the Democrats.

On second thought, I changed my mind.

If you are still undecided on Election Day,
and don't like what the Democrats or Republicans
give you, then vote for Ron Paul!

It is better to vote for him if you like
his message than to vote for the 'lesser
of 2 evils' or someone you detest!

The 'lesser of 2 evils' is a worthless vote
thrown away!

I am a Dr. Ron Paul supporter for president and wanted to see how many other people are as well. He is the only man that can save this country!! He is the only one that could quote the constitution out of all of the candidates. He is freedom!!

I'm voting for him drinker

Unfortnately he won't win, because he is what this country needs, but the corporations running this country won't have it. They need somone they can buy... like Hilary

Ron Paul is not going to win the Republican Primary. That, however, is unfortunately not the problem. I actually believe that there are healthy and substantive reasons for Ron Paul to run in the Primary. Paul is elevating Constitutional issues and fiscal restraint and in doing so, he encourages Republicans to address these important issues. However, unlike the other Rebublican candidates that will eventually support the candidate who does win. Ron Paul may be this election cycle's Ross Perot. He looks frighteningly like the third party candidate that spoils the race and unwittingly leverages a liberal Democrat into the White House. Ron Paul has enough money and enough supporters that he will change the election and it will cost the Republican party the presidency. While this would be welcome news for my friends on the Left, it would be a devastating development for Republicans.

Here's the problem:

You have a mortgage crisis
going on and people are losing
their homes.

Economic issues are very much
at the forefront and will matter
in this election.

When you have Mitt Romney and
others talking about giving
corporations yet more tax
breaks when the poor and middle
class are busting their butts
working 1,2 and 3 jobs just to
make ends meet, that makes people
steaming mad, and what you are
seeing is a backlash against
these types of candidates.

Money isn't going to matter
in this election.

Whoever has the most money
won't win. Probably exactly
the opposite.

End corporate welfare!!!!

mrtxstar.....

I agree with both of your posts. First, I am like-minded in that a vote for Ron Raul is throwing your vote away. So the only thing one can do is to choose the candidate who will do the least bit of damage to the country.

Second, I am with you in that Ron Paul may be this election cycle's Ross Perot. He has stated that he will not necessarily support the Republican Party's candidate and he doesn't seem to care if he propells a liberal Democrat into the White House.

Ron Paul has already said he isn't going to run as an Independent if he doesn't get the Republican nod.

Personally, I can't stand Ron Paul. He's an idiot. Oceans aren't an effective means of national defense or border control. Maybe in the 16th century...

Sadly, none of the other options running right now are much better.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that sees things as I do. I guess time will tell if we are in the majority.

It seems to me that you haven't read anything about Rob Paul. Calling him an idiot, to me, only makes YOU look like one.

Actualy he said probably not but that he refuses to count the idea out. It is funny though how his supporters totaly ignore his contributions from the Aryans and his bigoted publications. Guess there's two differant neo cons, neo conservatives & neo confederates. Scary stuff to me & I grew up here in VA;^]

I really don't care who donates to him. We do live in America, so even dirtbags have the right to vote and send their money to support. Ron Paul isn't a racist. Get over it.

Have you read the articles? If so & you don't think it's racist, you might be a racist. Of course, if this was a dem taking money from the white supremists it'd be a differant story to ya. It'd be no differant than taking donations from drug dealers, it's unethical & ultimatly it cost Ron Paul any chance of winning;^]

I never called you a racist, I said if you don't consider those articles racist you might be a racist. Hippy? That's your big rebuttal? I love hippies even though I'm not one, fact is I been sober for over 5 years now. Just gonna ignore his racist past as if it has nothing to with today huh? While he continues to accept the support of these aryan f@cks and will not denounce them either. Keep it real;^]

Again, I didn't call you an Aryan, I said those Aryan "brotherhood" f*cks are the ones financing Pauls campaign without Paul even stopping to consider anything wrong with it. I hope he's happy in his private life with those bigoted asses, they sure did spoil his chances in this ellection;^]

if every one that felt this way

I have never exercised my right to vote...simply because it has always been a matter of choosing between the lesser of 2 evils.

would write in ron paul

then it would be a paul presidency

anyone that refuses to vote because of the lesser of two evils is saying

--- i'm cool with things the way they are ---

if you do not like anyone in the race go
write in someone anyone send the message
if you do not like a

govt for the corp by the corp

if you don't vote you do not deserve a

(so called)

free country

cause freedoms are erroding away

'cause of the lesser of two evils theory

but hey what do i know
