How come all the pretty ladies who say I am good looking, cool, interesting, etc, all live a zillion miles from me or in another universe? Now that is a life mystery worth figuring out. I think I am going to have to put that to the all seeing ones!

Steve, I've been trying to figure that one out for months. Everybody 897,000 miles away or more seems to like me, but no one closer will even talk to me. It's puzzling. I asked the Magic 8 Ball and it said "Some people are just jerks" but I don't know which group it was referring to....

Yeah, they do sort of frown on that sort of thing. I think my cows would get hungry as well. Besides, as soon as I moved all the girls here woudl be interested in me.

It is entirely possibly that seeing all the "great women" so far away is a partly wanting what you think you can't have. And there is a certain safety in that. Or is there? Do you pursue what you see as too far away? I did, in an instinctual manner without any plan whatsoever. I'm so glad I did.

There is a certain JSH frequent poster that caught my eye. What he had to say was either poignant, funny, clever, I was thinking it myself, or just made so much sense that I actually started to look forward to reading his posts every day. Eventually we started e-mailing and talking on the phone... but of course he lives over 2000 miles away. We are meeting this Sunday.

You can take from this that I had no barriers with him, I was in no way looking for a relationship with him. All my local dates were bust. Sometimes, there are mysterious reasons for things and absolutely pursue what you see, the greener the better.
