On the news earlier they said he had just gotten back from London and it was implied that he may have taken the sleeping pills to get back on New York time and just went a little to far . They also said he had NO prior history of drug use .

I would NOT call Heath Ledger an attention seeker! He did his movies and other wise kept to himself. He was one of my favorite actors, and easily one of the best of our generation. Whats really disturbing is just exactly one week ago today Brad Renfro, another of the greatest of our generation, died suddenly also; though HE did have a history with drugs and alcohol. I don't shun anyone who dies of a drug overdose, I think its incredibly sad no matter who it is. Both of these great actors left very young children behind to be without a father. Have a heart, lady.

How disturbing it is that some people find delight in a man's death, regardless of why he died. A man is dead, left behind people he loved and people who loved him. He is someone's father, someone's child, and for anyone to mock a dead person for dying, regardless of the reason why the person is dead, is utterly shameful.

I couldn't agree more. This man left behind a wife whom loved him and a 2 year old baby girl, people need to learn compassion.
