well people do meet but it comes down to feeling comfortable and safe you can chat alot to get to know someone but it dosent mean you have too meet....it is like pen pals you communicate but if you want to meet you both have to be comfortable...

Yes. But a small suggestion. Get to know someone for awhile before you persue an 'outside' relationship. Patience, to me anyway, seems to be the key to making something out of this site over the long term.

I'm meeting someone this weekend, we've been talking for awhile (on here and on the phone) and have picked a neutral public place to meet up at and see how things go from there. The main thing is to just play it safe and use your head a bit.
