Nothing, I’m not saying my childhood was the greatest thing in the world—however, it wasn’t the worst!!!

I used to entertain my brother and sister when we were younger. Remember the water baby? Well, I used to do the Water Baby Show inside my sister's toy house. We also taped ourselves on cassette tapes making little talk shows, comedy shows, silly stuff. I would put more...but it's too much. I miss the yesteryears.

I know Im still young, but I remeber waking up the day after christmas when my father would set up all my action figures on our table
I miss that....
(I almost cryed just thinking about that ^^", I loved my father, he just never did the right thing with my mother, stupid man, but still loved)

My mom would go to the ends of the earth to get that special gift for Christmas. One year I wanted this doll house that came with it's own grass to grow. No stores had it, but nothing else would do, so on Christmas eve, the whole family was in the car driving to the far end of Long Island (we lived in NJ) to some warehouse that had one.....somehow she still managed to convince me that Santa was the one who gave me that house. Miss her.

Why would someone miss childhood? That is sorta wierd. There is no comparison to the limitless things an adult can do.. And realistically you don't remember much of your childhood to begin with.. NOTHING b4 age 3, if you think you do, take a psychology class, it is very unlikely. Recalled memory from that long ago is not accurate.

But, I guess my point was...laugh There are way more things I remember about my teenage or early adult years that would be more relevant to something I could place to be a more accurate memory of something I truly missed...

****** nice thing bout memories to, when someone passes isnt it strange how they become wonderful... even tho they were "stupid men" or never did the right thing... kind of a oxymoron.. but distortion in the mind is how we justify things..

yay for this topic..drinker

Riding my brothers go-carts and dirt bikes with all of the kids in the neighborhood

Laying in the floor, with all of the windows open, on a rainy day with all the lights off and my mom playing her old Smokey Robinson records

Making tunnels in the snow and pretending that they are snow caves

Sliding down the stairs on sleeping bags

Hot summer days playing basketball with my brothers. The bar-b-ques my uncle used to through on his little 1 acre farm. The boxing matches we'd have in my back yard with my brothers, my cousins, and I. Helping my dad in his landscaping buisness on summer break and making 20 bucks a week, and on the weekend me and my brothers would go to the arcade and blow it all in 4 hrs.

If there's one thing I truely miss, is how my mom would make us home made ice cream every now and then. She'd wip up some of the best stuff I've ever had.

Getting together with most all of the other kids in the neighborhood and playing games. I still remember the epic battles with Star wars action figures, and the even more epic battles between the girls as to which one got to be Princess Leah laugh
