I think being yourself will be enough. Also showing her that you are listening and paying attentions works. Dont talk about your day but also listen to everything that happen in her day. Like what I always say "Its the little things that count the most" Ask her questions about herslef, show interest. Ask her what her fav number is, what things make her smile..whats her fav color or her fav dish...then when you go on your date you can mix some of her interest into the date.
