warn him that you'll report your truck stolen if he does it again. some people only get "the hint" when they're thinking about what they've done while cooling their jets in jail. who knows... he might get some lesson in humility in the process.

And he doesn't have his own vehicle? I'd have him pay for every maintenance for the truck: oil change, tire rotation, any other stuff you can think of the truck may need. Him being older should not excuse him of doing this to you. That is not right.

Don't be to harsh with him, Florida is a beautiful state, lots of hot women, theirs nothing wrong with stealing someones car to get there, it took a lot of guts to do what he did, he should be rewarded for his efforts.
