I really don't think most men are capable of really telling a woman's size, in terms of clothing. I believe both men and women are able to tell if a person's appearance is pleasing to them, and place that in accordance with everything else about them. well some know especially when they guess your size and automatically close the conversation just bc they know you are a bigger girl... Would you really want to be with a person like this anyway? Heck, if the dress size means that much to the men you are dating maybe it's because they feel they wouldn't look good in that dress themselves.

I dont look my weight so it shouldn matter...Some people are sooooo shallow. Like me for who i am! You people are the ones that make me who i am, and make me upset over myself letting myself get this way. Thank you! Okay I see it as your post can go the other way as well....there are women out there that wont date a man who is on the bigger side as well..It's all PERSONAL PREFERENCE,not being shallow. You have i'm sure a preference about what kind of men you would date..as do men. It's a part of life. |

A guy is shallow because he is not attracted to 'big' women?
Phhht. What is shallow is not accepting reality and then posting looking for support that it is somehow something wrong with the guy instead. Reality - physical attraction MATTERS in the beginning (dating) otherwise how would dating even start in most cases. And it is not a 'guy' thing either. Some people are not attracted to large persons(whether it be overweight or large in general). The same as people are not attracted to another person that is bald, short, or plastered with tatoos. So what. Don't blame others for their preferences in what they are attracted to. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. Geesh. Lame. |

It depends on bigger. I usually wouldnt be romantically involved with a woman if she is bigger than a 9/10, but some women carry their weight better than others. Personal preference, not hating. just wondering if you started hanging out with a big girl just as friends and then started to actually like her would you go for it or still just hang out and like her? some guys i think dont date big girls cause they are afraid of getting made fun of by friends Well if you read my post, you will see I said usually. I have indeed dated larger women, just for that reason. Am I sorry I did? No. Everyone carries it differently. I smoke, and I have dated women who said they wouldn't date smokers.
