I do think it is still open. I went there maybe a year and a half ago.

I say if the guys are all in it for Hooters they could meet there. If I want to sit and watch boobs I can do it right where I live-not gonna travel lots of miles for that.

Maybe the girls can meet at Clara's and if the guys get tired of Hooters they can show up or not?

Your definition is adequate but there are so many factors that factor in to "unwillingness to assume other viewpoints". In my interactions I think many closed minded people have some of the following reasons for being the way they are.
-not a lot of life experience-may have been sheltered
-brought up in a repressive home environment
-scared of change or making decisions on their own
-limited educational background or a strict educational background
-not exposed to a diverse population with varied opinions

we could be like Samantha in Bewitched and twitch our nose to go from place to place?

Definately weird, sounds like she wasn't ready to let go of the big nose or why keep referring to it?

Tried to talk to a new friend about getting married. Seemed worried that he was 39 and not married. Whether I provided insight or not, my observation is that he should not be married. Don't know if that's good or not...just don't want to see a friend make a mistake.

All in for anything that takes the guesswork out for me.
