Halo, Senorita! If you wouldn't mind dating a white guy,
I'm still single. I always liked going out with a lady, when
I had a lady to go out with. I don't know your definition of fun,
but I've wanted a Latin girl friend, for a long time.
Almond Butter Cake

Dense almond-ey goodness. Very, very rich.

Ingredients:

2 sticks of real butter, room temp
1 cup of almond paste (do not use almond filling)
2 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of almond flavoring
2 c flour

1 egg white
sliced almonds
rock sugar

Directions:

Beat first 5 ingredients together for five minutes until light and fluffy.

Add flour and blend well. Spread into two – 8 inch round cake pans that have been buttered, floured and lined with parchment paper.

Beat one egg white with one tablespoon of water. Brush on the two or four cakes. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and rock sugar.

Bake 40-42 minutes at 325 degrees.

I'd love to try that recipe! Could you send it to me, please?
I once had recipe for it, but I seem to have misplaced it. It didnt' call for karo but it did call for cool whip. It was wonderful!

Well, where I live, it's sort of common to not eat enough fresh vegetables or fruits. Does making something with a fresh papya, count? I'd like to eat more fresh ones, but the prices are discouraging. I'd rather grow them, but doing that has complications, too.

Good one, but it sounds as if you should say I want to be doing you. I some times say my name, or sign it. Nobody ever seems offended. If they are, they don't say anything. A person's name is a person's name. Why should it offend someone if a person signs his/her name? It don't figure.

Keeping an eye out!

I'm guessing it's a problem with the site, your browser, or the computer. Maybe all of the above. There are some viruses out there, and they can be sneaky. They can even disguise themselves as Microsoft Windows or any site that a person goes to. I was having some problems, too. But the last one seems to have self corrected, some how.

We're in the 21st century. I think women should start the converstation, once and awhile. Why shouldn't they have a turn at it? I'm somewhat old fashioned, myself, but I see nothing wrong with women starting a conversation, esepcially if the man in her life, wants her to start it, whenever there's something on her mind. I'm shy, too, Monica, but I would talk to a lady, if I could see one to talk to, whose not too young for me.

TOughone. I would want to. Your profile pic, seems too yellow, nearly cepia. Other wise, it's a good one! You do look curious, in it. Oh, I commend you on wanting to be honest. I prefer to be honest, myself.

Well, to be honest, you look look nice and
judging by your profile, you seem like a good,
person, whose worthy of someone. But not for me, except as a friend, perhaps. That face should get any man's attention.

I'll check it out later. Are the movies old?
Do they include former tv mini serieses?

I thought Fish Tales was good!
Also No Reservations. The Invisible is ok,
but I wouldn't want to buy a copy. And I really
think Double Jeopardy is worth while, if you like suspense.
