Actually, in my experience, people generally don't get noticed until they've been here awhile and have posted enough to have established a forum presence. I think it's just that people feel more comfortable dealing with someone who has provided a sense of who they are.

I notice that the majority of the people who post complaints like "This site doesn't work!" seem to have been here for three days and have made two posts. I don't think this is a coincidence!

I agree totally.

I also noticed I could kill a thread just by starting itlaugh laugh laugh drinker

I noticed that I really didn't start to get email or friends until after I had 100 posts under my belt. Is this a rule or just weird?

thanks to everyone who has emailed, or chat'ed or became my friend.drinker drinker drinker

Have any of us done the familtree search thing? If so what sites did you use? I have a list of some I've used and managed to get my familytree make to about 230ad. on my dad's side it's proving a little harder on my mom's side. I'm interested in any sites that have worked for you that are free:smile:

Thanks

U can go 2 limewire.com and download either the basic version(which is free) or the other one(which cost a little bit.really not too much of a difference between the two)..Once u download the limewire software, all u have to do is open it and start ur search for music.
