It's a generic mail that we send to all members. In the current architecture, it must have a particular date. We do change the date every now and then.

In the end, some of the risqué ads remained because Google ads did not require them to be removed. We are on your guys' side, truly. We did not want to shut down the forum and lose content, but we do not have many other options at this time.

As for moving the more benign topics from the forum in question into others ones, we might be able to to that. Looking into it...

Hi, everybody. In order to keep a certain ad campaign on Mingle2, I'm afraid that we may need to get rid of the forum in question. If it would have been feasible, I would have given you guys a decent warning. The situation did not allow this, apparently, and for that I apologize. More to come soon...

Hi, GreenEyedLady82. I'm afraid that you may not be able to find the member in question. One possibility is that the man also selected 'Yes' or 'Maybe' for you and resulted in a match, but the odds are probably fairly low. You can also check the Search for him.

Welcome, Monalea. Are you sure that the photo files on your computer are either .gif, .jpg, or .bmp?

If you are certain, exaclty what error message do you get when you click the 'Choose File' button?

I would just like to add that you should only see one pop-up from Mingle2 per day. It sounds like you may want to scan your machine, as suggested by totage.
