We will be releasing an improved app for iOS devices very soon (hopefully within the week). The M2 app for Androids will be available some time after that.

We may not be able to address this bug before the weekend is up. There is not enough support on the weekends for such an adjustment and we do not want to make matters worse.

This is not a billing issue as free members can send and receive messages, shouryarock, but we can try help you. Exactly what happens when you try to read a message ad reply to it? Please be specific, as it appears that your email address has already been verified.

Just to correct what TxsGal3333 posted a little bit, rajiv95662, here is a complete answer from the FAQs:

"We had to place a limit on first-contact emails because of spammers. Basically, this cuts down the number of first-contact emails that one can send within a two-to-three-day period (we can't divulge anymore information about this limit). However, a member affected by this limit will still be able to send an unlimited number of emails to those with whom he or she has already had some back-and-forth."

It can take time to meet a person to whom you are attracted and with whom you are compatible. In my estimation, this is the case in the "real world" or on dating sites. That said, dating sites are great supplements because they can increase one's dating pool.

If you're positive it has usable photo files (the upload page should say what types we accept), tbragdon30, what exact mobile device are you using?

That must mean you have no photos on the device, terrieolsen69. Or, you may need to change the pathway when you are prompted to choose a file.
