i'd suggest a "fling" with the dude but I wouldn't get your hopes up for any sort of long term commitment.

This post gets my hopes up that there is actually younger women that want older men.

When my parents met my mom was 19 and my dad was 30, and they've been happily married 26 years now :D

needless to say the concept of marriage 26 years ago meant a lot more than today.

For anyone that wasn't on earlier I have a question. I am 22 and the guy I'm interested in is 31. Should I go for it? Age is just a number, I always say. Would you turn down someone because he has the wrong shoe size or license plate number? A person is more than just a bunch of statistics. It's about the person, not the math. |

I'd say go for it. Guys take forever to grow up anyway so you might as well go for one who's actually on his way!!

For anyone that wasn't on earlier I have a question. I am 22 and the guy I'm interested in is 31. Should I go for it? Definitely!!! I am 23 and my boyfriend is 44 and it's the best relationship I have ever had. If you have a connection, don't let age slow you down. |

For anyone that wasn't on earlier I have a question. I am 22 and the guy I'm interested in is 31. Should I go for it? I am not sure why you are asking this. Why wouldn't you if you two have similiar interests. My first husband was 24 years older than me. Age was never an issue between us till the day he died. I personally think that there is to much stigma on the age factor. I have dated younger and I have dated older. |
