he got mad cause i had a guy friend on my friend's

The same thing happened to a friend of mine. It's HE that has a problem, not you. Some people are insecure about their b/f or g/f having friends of the opposite sex. You probably should state that at the beginning to avoid this happening in another relationship.
Good luck to youflowerforyou

Maybe he cheated himself and felt guilty about it? Believe it or not this happens a lot, especially when it's irrational and out of nowhere.

you know i have learned when the guy accuses you of cheating its actually because there the ones that have cheated. my ex hubby way before we got married accuse me of cheating for i was talking to this elderly man that i used to see around... give me a brake this elderly man was in his 8os.. my ex hubby cheated before during and after we got married he even tried to fool around with my bestfriend while i was pg with my son.i let my bestfriend stay with us as she was having problems in her marriage and the next day she had called me and told me and while i was talking to her on the phone i confronted him and he laughed it off, i knew him better, and i even told him i belived her over him. which i knew she wouldnt lie and i knew he would

I always figure a guy that squawks about how the Ex cheated is just covering how he beat her to it.

Pretty much have to be straight and honest and communicate. Whats wrong with making your mate feel more secure by making love to them and flirting, a little extra attention towards him/her gos along ways. No games, just reassurance. Obviously something is a miss somewhere and needs to be faced by both in a positive way. And who needs, really, a friend of the opposite sex when your mate partner should be your number 1 in all things. If they arent then what is a miss in your life or personality? Time to take a check up from the neck up. And get your mate to give what you are desiring that may be missing in the relatiobship. Its all on the job training, okay. So many people seem to blame others and they need to check list themselves first.

It probably IS unfair but I have to confess it's what happened to me (repeatedly) with my ex...I guess I can't let that color my outlook on life and other men, right?

Sorry! embarassed
