both,hiking can be good excersize but if you're just feeling like taking things slow a walk on the beach would be perfect

Walk on the beach. It`s effortless and allows you to concentrate more on the person your with, which was the whole idea of the get together anyway.

i like the beach because i am more drawn to water though i wouldn't want it to be the gulf of Mexico its looking a bit sketchy these days
