How did you create your own innate love and passion for music? How did you create the innate ability? I understand how success can follow through undeterred focus, but how is the ability itself taken into account through this line of thought?

Remove that ability, and the story completely changes. No matter how undeterred a person is, if they have no musical talent they do not succeed at making music.

It was directed at the recent exchanges which had an obvious correlation between the shared understanding concerning the terms being used... effective communication.

Creativesoul...wonderful question.I couldn'y play a note for the longest time.I still don't consider myself a great muscian..but i had the heart and determination to pursue.Not worrying about failure..and how many of my friends were better than I.I created my passion by just doing it...mistakes and all.I still mess up today..but will never surrender.

Where was the positive thinking in calling you Satan?

I think much of these conversations are nothing more than misunderstandings.

I've agreed that positive thinking it Great! I've said this all along. I'm in total agreement with the idea that we should be as positive as we can be.

What I personally feel that what many people confuse as being "negative" is simply when someone points out a logical inconsistency or flaw in a particular proposed mythology or philosophy.

They think, "Oh my God! You challenging the WHOLE THING!'

But that's not true at all. That's just a false impression.

For example, I can recognize that the fundamental claim of the Bible that mankind was the cause of all sin and imperfections in the world and must repent to appease an angry creator is false.

But it doens't automatically follow from this that I denounce the wisdom of "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".

It's the same way with the Law of Attraction. Just because I have logical problems with the idea that we are all responsible for creating our own personal reality doesn't automatically mean that I deny that we "Reap what we sow".

Gee whiz, the idea that we "Reap what we sow" goes way back even before the earliest forms of Buddhism.

Just because a person points out specific falsehoods in various mythologies and/or philosophies doesn't automatically suggest that they are denouncing everything that might be associated with them.

Neither should this be viewed as "negative".

It's just seeking TRUTH.

How can the seeking of TRUTH be viewed negative?

If a mythology or philosophy is false, or is logically inconsistent in its "details", then those details should be rejected so we can move on to have a philosophy or belief system that is free from any inconsistencies.

Why demand that contraditions and/or falsehoods be supported just to support the rest of the philosophy. Why not weed out what is clearly false, and just keep what survives TRUTH.

Where's the negativity in that I ask?

Abra....The Law of Attraction is nothing New.

Even if it was was not always called the LOA.

"As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he"...

and

"what a man sows he will reap" ,

sums it up .



Abra...here is a suggestion:

From now on....

Focus on what You Know...and what you don't agree with ....pass it by.


Seriously...don't argue over it...move on.

Focus on the positive in your life from now on....not the negative.

It is not your place to continuously point out in someone else life,

what you don't neccessarily agree with.

Just state ONCE why you don't agree...then move on.
Period.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.....whether you agree or not.

Why waste time trying to argue with what you don't believe in....

why not just focus from now on ....on what you DO believe in.


Are you working towards your dream?

Focus on that.

Decide this day......to live your life to the fullest.

Start by Changing what needs to be changed in your thinking.

Ask God to help you.

And watch your dreams begin to come true.

The forums would turn into Mr. Roger's Neighborhood and everyone would shut off their computers and go do something else.

Probably true. And the world would be at peace.

The truth of the matter is, some people want conflict and controversy in their life. They will always have it because they will create it.

I think I have really stated just about everything I can state and all of it is simply my point of view. I don't expect anyone to have my point of view. If you want to understand ME I will tell you anything you want to know. If you want to change my beliefs you should have better arguments than I have seen here and you have to each begin with the same premise.

Morning song is right. I am still leaning about the Law of Attraction. I am not claiming to be an expert creator or magician. I have always been willing to share anything I know with anyone who is sincerely interested. And for free!

Take it if you want it!

Keep walking if my version of it disturbs you. Find your own magick if you are looking for magick. Find your own logic if you are looking for logic.

And if what I say or post HELPS YOU in any way I am glad. If not, don't waste your time reading it or my time in trivial mental arguments that are meaningless distractions.

If you are right, then be right and go about your business of feeling right.

So while this has all been very interesting, we seem to have reached a place where further banter is pointless.
