It takes a lot for me to speak up...but when I do, I usually end up saying whats on my mind and a lot more!

Majority of the time yes. If I hold it in, it will fester and bother me. I don't however just blurt things out - I try to think through the delivery

say what's on your mind? some things are best left unsaid..it leads one back to sweating the small stuff..then one is just being pickey i think.. now if it's on a larger scale by all means speak your mind the other person is not a mind reader ,if there is a problem it needs to be brought out in the open to be solved .

I'm pretty up front when someone ask me and honest question I feel they deserve my honest opinion... But now as far as like within these forums I must admit I do think about what I say due to it is on a public forum. But within life my friends will tell you I do say what comes to mind....

I'm afraid so. People are sometimes taken aback by my openess and I am trying hard to not be as open. People's reaction to me has caused me to try to hide more of myself.

Those that appreciate do and those that don't ignore me. Works beautifully.
