Mine are intelligence, trust, and a great rack! Who I'm with now has all three and more. (meh, so a small part of me is superficial... like a small part of you is not)

Attitude- I want a confident woman in my life. She doesn't have to be like uber successful in her career. I just want her to know who she is.

Goofy and weird sense of humor- Honestly, it takes intelligence to be goofy and weird. I want her to talk about politics, or we can debate religion. And then next thing you know, we are discussing the dynamics of the whoopee cushion. I want a woman who laughs at things most wouldn't.

Sex Appeal- Alot goes into this. She can be slender or not. Doesn't matter. What matters to me is how she carries herself. I know beautiful women who are not a size 2. Why are they beautiful? It is all in how they present themselves.

Definitely intelligence. I've spent most of my life in entanglements with people who thought Nietzsche was a brand of mustard.

Creativity. As a writer and erstwhile musician, I find I just seem to get along better with people who share the creative urge.

Willingness to be non-traditional. I am not interested in marriage or kids or alcohol or the "normal" life that everyone else seems to (think they) need so desperately.

I have found this combination. Once. Unfortunately, she turned out to be extremely dishonest, abusive, and manipulative.

I really don't think there is anyone out there who meets these standards and who seriously wants to be involved in anything long-term....
