I find it fun to change my picture around. Yes I have 'real pics' of me on my profile. I also have pics of me and my girlfriend too. Using different pics allow some individual expression, a bit of a glimpse into the personality of the user.

Ive noticed this alot on here. So many people don't have a picture of themselves atleast not as their main profile pic. And why not?I mean I'm not the best looking person on here but having a cartoon or something is dumb... Do you know how many hits I get from women do to the fact that the Kool Aid man is my main profile pic???? Kool Aid man is a pimp, and he attracts the ladies my friend. Dumb????? I think not!!!

I've often used real pics as my main pics, but I bet this is the only pic of a tape dispenser with a lizard head on the whole site.

Since this site doesn't require the pics to be of actual person on the profile, then it shouldn't matter. Sure it's nice to see who you are talking to, but it's not a requirement.

Since cameras cost money, and the cameras seem to always break upon taking the photo.

To each his own.I post a real picture, doesn't help get mail.And for me posting a pic, is only a knock at the door, reading the profile is someone asking you to come in , get to know me....and as always you can leave, or sit a spell. And such a well dressed lady you are! Unlike the skanks in the adult friend finder banners added to many of these pages. I would rather sit a spell and chat with you any time!

When I started here, for the first year, I had a picture of myself as my main pic.
No emails in that year. None. Soooo...I put up the pic over there <<<<< LOTS of email because of that one. Most of them were just to let me know they find the pic to be hilarious. But, any attention to my profile is better than none. |
