It has now happened to me 3 times in the past year. I start talking toa new and interesting lady and she ends up being married. That's oughly about 50% of the women I've been interested in on this site in he same time. Some I guess are out there to cheat, and others could be bored ousewives just online screwing around, either way it's pretty isheartening to think that a married person would pick me to messwith. It's sad that I have to put up all kinds of 'married or no photo,please don't send an email to me' notes on my profile. I mean itshould be a given right? I really feel for you women. I am alwayshearing about married guys contacting you. There must be 3 times s many married losers contacting you than me. At least. Hmmmmmmm. A dose of their own medicine? Like, when you find out they are married, you "confess" also.. "Oh thank goodness you are married too! I have 8 kids and my other wives hate babysitting. I am really into you because your persistence shows tenacity. I need someone who is not scared off by an extensive police record. And I hope you can help with child support. I want to meet you NOW!!!"

I am always hearing about married guys contacting you. There must be 3 times as many married losers contacting you than me. At least. Do you make clear that your interests are romantic? If so,, chalk it up to a lack of character by some and move on. Many people here just enjoy the socializing and I imagine some of those people are married. Just check profiles and ask up front if the person is married and I bet you will get a pretty direct and honest answer most of the time. |

Hummm yeah the married ones that contact ya are just as disheartening as the ones that only want a FWB type relationship. See I don't understand why not just go to a site that is geared for that type of thing instead

by married are you also referencing the ones that claim to be 'seperated?' becuase technically they are still married. or are you talking about ones that are actually married with no plans on divorce?

At least those people eventually told you they were married. I've been corresponding with a guy that I encountered here for a long time. Doesn't want to meet, doesn't want to talk on the phone. I gave up on any romantic notions of him that I might have considered. He's been relegated to pen-pal status, as it would not be a surprise should I eventually find out he's been married all along.

I have married friends whom I chat with and their wife too, there is no transgression in those relationships. Sometimes people arent secure enough to allow their partners to have outside friendships but some people have no issue with it so long as it isnt a disrespectful situation. |
