Heck true love?? You are asking for a lot. Out of everybody ever in my life including those who I have said i loved how many do I actually truly love??

If I really love someone there are no poems written about them. Chances are you have heard next to nothing about them at all. I love my parents, my deceased brother, my ex husband like a brother and his family. That's the whole list of who I actually love.

Been infatuated with, well that competes with Santa's naughty and nice list in the number of scrolls and or sheets of paper paper used, etc.

I. Know true love exists because I've had it. People change, though, which is good; we should grow wiser as we get older. If you change with your partner, the love will grow also, which is wonderful. If you grow apart, you'll need to separate at some point. What I find most troublesome is that we use the word "love" to describe so many different feelings and acts that most people are confused about what it is and what it means. I mean unconditional love like Jesus described, and the Dalai Lama talks about. For this, it's unnecessary for the one you love to behave a certain way; you will love him or her regardless, and desire their happiness whether it means you are part of it or not. That's worth believing in, worth looking for, and worth striving to deserve.

Used to...now what I believe is that no one really wants it...too many out there just getting their thrills and not interested in forever...I, for one, have decided it doesn't exist..at least not for me

I agree! I am sure this goes for both men and women. I believe there are too many options out there these days, therefore, people aren't commiting.

nope; I don't believe in true love, santa claus, the easter bunny, or the toof fairy. They simply don't exist for me.
