Topic: Getting back into the game

Without getting into the whole long drawn out story. I met someone on here, opened my heart thought it was going well but after a month he asked for money. So I've lost all trust again was even thinking of deactivating. My good friend says just put it behind you and move on. Easier said then done. So I get this email his first question is what do you do for a living? So immediately I think he wants to know how much money I make so I told him I was a dancer at a strip club. So the trust issue is there and I don't think I even want to do this again. Could you jump right back in ? Or would you just forget it like me?

The only thing I know for certain is that a lot of very real people will miss you in a very real way if you were to leave Mingle. I've never talked to a scammer or poser before that I'm aware of, unless it were breif enough their agenda never surfaced...so have no advice on how to feel after. But do know your presence would be felt here.

Dearest, Not a nice feeling... BUT,dont let that spoil it all for you! These are the bumps and humps of online dating-just like real life-we can never know! I'd say,always take your time to get to know a person.....go slow in investing emotions. MO-crawl before you walk and walk before you run! I know there are many who think/believe anyone above 35 is rich(man or woman)........so,they'd lead you on,spice you up before they feast on you!! I think it just goes hand in hand with socializing on the internet Just put it behind you P... Have a good laugh at them for thinking you might be so gullible As they are of little consequence... Thank you all thats why I love it here because of all of you. I'm just angry at myself now for allowing him to suck me in especially by saying he was a God fearing man. What goes around comes around. It's good to be back because of all of you thanks for lifting me up
