“Well, any love makes us vulnerable. Whatever we love will give the gift of pain somewhere along the road. But who would live sealed in spiritual cellophane just to keep from ever being hurt? There are a few people like that. I'm sorry for them. I think they are as good as dead.” - Taber

Apologies for my late reply man, very nice words.

A couple of you have inquired about our big fish, so here goes,

Migaloo is a albino humpback whale. When he was first sighted he was the only known all white whale in the world. As he migrates up the east coast of Australia from Antarctica to the warmer waters of Tropical North Queensland his distinctive all white colouring has allowed people to report sightings all up the Eastern coast.

We have enjoyed his company for 20 years now.

Up until September 2011 Migaloo was thought to be the only all white Humpback Whale in the world. Then footage emerged of a albino baby humpback calf. This new white whale unofficially named MJ (Migaloo Junior) has delighted people from around the world.

It really is mother nature at her brilliant best and hopefully this new all white whale will live as long as the average humpback whale (50 years).

It makes you feel kinda lucky living in this country, hey Mikey!

We were in Warrnambool, on the west coast of Victoria a few years back , and this beauty was rumoured to be passing through, and EVERY man and his dog had come out to catch a glimpse....of course it ended up just being a rumour! whoa oops

Welcome to my new thread,

First and most importantly I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the person that suggested I do this.....you know you are, thank you.

What you will find from here on in will be the honest, serious, genuine, more meaningful stuff and bigger picture galleries, items that when I post them in Mikeys man cave often get lost in amongst the fun and laughs.....I will still place them in there because I think they provide a nice balance between the laughs and fun being had, but even I was having trouble finding them in there.

I would like a no ******** rule in this room.
I welcome old, ex, new and newer members.....alright then newbies as well
I am only interested in unabated honesty and truth, I will give it from the depths of my being.......and I want yours in return. It wont be easy at times as I have never opened up till I came on here a few months ago.

So I cant break my own rule, so here goes, I came on here looking for fun and yes maybe a hookup or two, I got plenty of replies and it was good, then I discovered the forums, and here was my fun.
I was having a ball cracking funnies, being silly, flirting, but like a creeping tide I found to keep up with people I was going to have open up a lot more. Well people embraced me, for the first time in my life there were people that wanted to hear what I had to say, and when I said it they listened.....wow.....the camaraderie extended to me and friendships offered to me has left me shell shocked.

These developing friendships have made me reassess my reasons for being here, I mean I did have a slight hope that maybe I would find a likeminded soul here, but now I am convinced of that. These friendships are steps in my journey, that ultimately I hope will lead me to finding the one person worthy enough to share the rest of my life with.

To all of my new friends and to friends in the making, yes you all know who you are.

I will be forever grateful to all of you for coming into my life.

[/quote I feel you 100% broe..i was on mingals for a couple of months now..i came here for obvious reasons but only end up running into alot of fake people ect...just start the forum about say 2 weeks or so...i can tell it have more real genuine people than the regular "mutual matches "ect...and i have fun with all you guys everytime am on here...i realy cud careless about the hook ups but i would never close my own door....##Truth

I definitely agree Tanzy. some of us have no desire to be naked in public even if the image will not be manipulated. That is not always the point. I honestly do not trust peeps who have a "tell all" mentality...

often those who say the most have the most to hide, look at lawyers and politicians....all they do is talklaugh

as for me, id be more open when mingle2 gives me the option of deleting any/all posts I create.....until then I'll be honest with those I know

Hi Issac,
I can assure I am not from the above professions I am just an ordinary bloke trying to make a living and looking for love. Mate if you refer to Tues 6
/24/14 at 6.37am I have clarified some things...I hope....anyway, I welcome you man, it good to see another bloke in here.

On the wings of the wind she calls to him ... Little one of the deep ..
it has been too long since i have looked upon your beauty ...
Her whispers fall , like a soft lullaby
For she seeks not to hold ..
But to see him free

Haere haumaru. (Travel safe)
Toku kotahi iti. (My little one)
Te aloha tia'i (Love awaits)

And with a wisp of wind .. She was gone
