What do you feel is the purpose of a couple getting married?

more and more Im starting to feel its for social validation and legal recognition and perks people without marriage certificate can and are just as committed and in love as people with,,,,so whats the difference? unless one is Christian, and even then, I think any type of ceremony recognizing your promise to each other and God should not require government intervention or documentation,,,, ,,just my opinion hopefully people commit to each other out of love,, why they 'marry' though? im less and less sure,,,

lol info says .5'8 feet tall and athletic profile info says Height 5' 3" shrunk 5 inches while writing there profile lmao all so a year difference in age on thee profile lol but any who it's an excuse for me lady to get dressed up and blow a lot of money on a big party : ) ~ other then that its a piece of paper with tax benny's
