How many of you have worn a wedding or engagement ring even though you were single? How many of you have told a guy you were in a relationship when you were single? Please confess below.

I haven't done the former. I take it off when its done.

As to the latter, I have been telling people I am married because I legally am, although I have lived alone for the past seven years,,,

I should have known you would be clever enough to find a loop hole. :P I hope things get straightened soon for you. If I'm ever in Vegas, me and you will have to meet and go to dinner or something. :)

I took it off and gave it back

I've never pretended to be in a relationship, but I do tell them honestly when I am not ready for one

If I have one..I might wear it for that reason. ..and if we're happily married then I'll wear it for as long as we're happy...

Not me took mine off two months after we split up and I filed for divorce.. Sold it several years later and took my exes and used part of it to fix one of my rings I had bought when I was 18 that had worn thin and lost a piece of it. happy

I did that in my 20's thinking it would help to stop being harassed by men, but I found what works best is to ignore them completely. It's a skill that attractive women learn over time.

So, last week, when he asked to see me,i told him am getting married that Sunday....(my niece was doing a traditional marriage, requiring me to wear traditional gab, just like a bride )!!! And the pics on my whatsapp/viber profiles made my craziness seem real!!! He hasn't called for a week now!!!

I am guilty of this.
Just to get rid of guys who don't understand the word NO...

Some guys just see it as a challenge though? I'm married and still get women trying to hit on me, but i'm not interested, my wife gets it also, as she tells me.

About a year and a half ago I told a guy I'd met once that I had met someone and wanted to see where that was going.
Did that because he was harassing me, started to feel like stalking, and to be honest, he gave me the creeps. He didn't stop harassing me though, not till I clearly told him to FO as I wasn't interested in him.
