Normally its the guys who ask girls on a date.. but I wanna know, as a lady, can you make the first move?

I can't see why not, in this day and age with everyone wanting to be equal.
I think if your friends before asking him and you ask in a loving sort of way and he is the gentleman type, and refuses you, I'm sure he won't hold it against you... I know I wouldn't, I'd be flattered. Put it down to experience if he refuses you, it's all part of the learning curve. Good Luck.. Laurie. |

As for me, I can't! cos if I do, and he rejects me, I'm not sure I'll be normal again :D And you think a guy won't feel that way? For them it's just as scary as it is for us to do such a thing. And yes, it is okay for a girl to ask a guy. If you really don't want to do that, make sure the guy you like knows that you are into him (body language, flirt, smile, look him in the eyes etc), so it's less freaky for him to make the first move. |

Well to me, its for a lady to say her mind, that just dying in pretence or nurturing feelings .........if you know what you want and you are convince, there is no crime letting the cat out of the bag........who knows if the guy in question is also dying for you but can't tell you probably because you are more pretty or wealthy!!!

Considering the 'acute paucity' of 'real men' (men who treat women with 'respect') nowadays, it's okay for a 'lady' to ask a 'lad' out on a date, as long as 'she' is well-versed in the field of 'martial' (not 'marital') arts.

I don't see anything wrong with a woman asking a man out....it's happend to me & i liked it coz im kinda shy in real .....

Either way is fine for me. I've been asked out quite a few times. Nothing wrong with it. I like a woman who knows what she wants. Especially when its me.

I do not know a single, single guy who
would not be thrilled to be asked out. They tell me they get turned down about 9 times out of 10. I cannot imagine that either. How hard that is, especially doing it over and over again. I think this evens out the child birth thingy. |
