When a guy tells me he's going to call me, but he never does. Once makes me mad, but I get over it quickly. Repeatedly doing it shows me that you're not too serious about me. My father always ate canned fish, like sardines or herring, or even smoked fish, on peanut butter toast, before hunting. He said it brought him good luck. I still eat it that way, but not just before hunting. I actually like it. Plus, it may in fact, bring good luck. Anyone else got any? My mother loved peanut butter sandwiches with sliced onions on them..I could never eat them!  Your mother was a genius!!! Got this one from my mom, too. |

I have had tuna fish with mustard when I ran out mayo.Its pretty good.Now I even eat it that way some times.sometimes I also add pickles and onions to it. That sounds good. And probably healthier without the mayo. I'm trying it. |

My Grandma used to make black eyed peas and ham on new years. She would always put an old silver mercury dime in the dish. If you ended up with it you were supposed to have good luck for the year. Or a broken tooth....
