I'd like to see how many Politicians would cut their own throats by passing a Law that would lead to fines against anyone who doesn't have health insurance.

Or, do you believe Americans are so complacent they would just accept it as just another buden and pay the fines?

Massachusetts did it and people did not freak out.

In April 2006, Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney signed into law a broad new program requiring all citizens to obtain health insurance. The Massachusetts House and Senate both strongly approved this ground-breaking legislation on a bipartisan basis. The program's aim is to cover 95% of the state's 500,000 uninsured within three years.

So does this mean Mitt Romney is a socialist, communist, fascist, racist dictator? laugh

I know, right? While I don't know much about it, I haven't heard of any widespread protests or anything and from what I know (which isn't much), it seems to be working out ok. I think, again, is finding a way to make it affordable for everyone. I'm not sure how anyone can be against affordable health care for everyone. I can understand being against how it's paid for or how the program itself is run, but why would anyone want to not insure everyone? Having a healthier population makes for a healthier society.

well once upon a time back in the day someone from a certain group of people that today people look at the fastest growing religion in the world said that when they rid of all infidels by sticking a feather in christians blood to rid of them and it would satify them to do so, thats how the feather that is in their top-hat is the color of red. that is the meaning of the red fez!

like i said when things hit home thats when people hearts begin to change. and i dont have to explain this to you. if you dont know you just dont know. i will not argue with you on here but i will make a stand about it and not back down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait, Fox news and utube? About the same when it comes to facts.

laugh

All I can say is that even IF something like this was in the works, it would go against federal law and would be unconstitutional. Federal law trumps state law. Even if they pass it, it wouldn't stick.

Interesting article.

Even more interesting is the fact that you associated Obama with a Shanghai mugging victim.

More fear-mongering. My god, my allergies are acting up. It's Obama's fault as he's the anti-christ as we all well know.

UK studies proving it to cause paralisis.
Suspected link to autism.

Why are they so adimant about a vaccination for something that hasn't killed near the people that the other flus have?

No other flu shot is mandatory. What is so secret about this one to make it mandatory?

Ummm, this vaccine is new so I don't know how there could be "studies" already saying it can cause paralysis (btw, so does aspirin, motrin, aleve and many other otc drugs). Also, there have been numerous studies done showing no definitive link (doesn't mean there isn't one, they just haven't found it yet) between vaccines and autism.

Before you start spreading fear-mongering propaganda, you should get the facts first, from a reputable source. Vaccines are "mandatory" in the U.S. but you can opt your children and yourself out, it's not that difficult to do. In a state of emergency, public officials can impose a quarantine. I didn't bother watching the link as I'm not going to take something as the gospel truth or anything close to it coming from youtube of all places.

They can work. But eventually, someone's gotta move. And that is a decision that has to be made VERY early on a relationship, whether you or she is willing and able IF. Because if not, there's no way it can work out long-term.

Ok, in all seriousness. Good women are everywhere. But not every woman is for every man (and vice versa). That doesn't make anyone not good, it just makes them not right for you. If every woman you are meeting is freezing you out after a few conversations, I would ask myself why? Because, while you may not be aware of it, there could be a vibe you're giving off that is negative in some way (too pushy, clingy, bringing up sex too soon, pushing for a meeting too soon, etc). People do these things and for many people, it's a complete turnoff.

Just a thought.

I had a friend who read her bf's emails and snooped through his cell phone, because she was jealous of him talking to a female co worker "more than he talked to her," disregarding the fact that the co-worker was local and he and she lived almost 2 hours apart.

I'm not agreeing with what your friend did. But, I wonder if the relationship he had with his co-worker could be construed as one of those emotional infidelity relationships? I have friends who joke about having work husbands/wives. While they are just close friends (that I'm aware of), there is a level of intimacy there that, IMO, should be shared with their SO and no one else. While I think your friend was wrong, I wonder if there was something to her suspicions?
