Judge Napolitano On Forced Vaccinations In Massachusetts (New Law On H1N1 For Adults & Even Children
YouTube ^ | 9/22/09 | TheChannelOfLiberty Posted on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 8:42:17 PM by Laissez-faire capitalist [Judge Napolitano speaking]: "Both houses of the legislature have enacted this law, and once Governor Deval Patrick signs it, and he says that he will, it will become the law, and it will allow him to declare an emergency, and once he declares an emergency, he can authorize non-health care personnel, read that to mean police, to vaccinate people against their will. Now can they force adults to take vaccination? No. They will incarcerate adults without a trial, without charges, without even a search warrant who refuse to be vaccinated; this is what the statute authorizes. The staute also authorizes police to remove children from adults, vaccinate them against the will of the child, the will of the parents..." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZiusxYyw16o |

UK studies proving it to cause paralisis.
Suspected link to autism. Why are they so adimant about a vaccination for something that hasn't killed near the people that the other flus have? No other flu shot is mandatory. What is so secret about this one to make it mandatory? |

I'm not buying this willing...
My boys didn't get shots and I have been told 1,000 times by people that they have to have them..they still don't. I have personal and health exemptions on file with the state health department. |

It will be interesting to see if Massachusetts actually enforces it after the Governor signs it. |

No other flu shot is mandatory. What is so secret about this one to make it mandatory? Ummm, this vaccine is new so I don't know how there could be "studies" already saying it can cause paralysis (btw, so does aspirin, motrin, aleve and many other otc drugs). Also, there have been numerous studies done showing no definitive link (doesn't mean there isn't one, they just haven't found it yet) between vaccines and autism. Before you start spreading fear-mongering propaganda, you should get the facts first, from a reputable source. Vaccines are "mandatory" in the U.S. but you can opt your children and yourself out, it's not that difficult to do. In a state of emergency, public officials can impose a quarantine. I didn't bother watching the link as I'm not going to take something as the gospel truth or anything close to it coming from youtube of all places. |

If it ain't true, Massachusets won't quaranteen or snatch kids. If they make this vaccine mandatory, I have plenty of time to see how it affects others first. |

Here is a Fox News video clip talking about the issue. Video: http://www.disclose.tv/action/viewvideo/30540/ |

Wait, Fox news and utube? About the same when it comes to facts.

Wait, Fox news and utube? About the same when it comes to facts. All I can say is that even IF something like this was in the works, it would go against federal law and would be unconstitutional. Federal law trumps state law. Even if they pass it, it wouldn't stick. |

I'm sure, before sinking money into an idea, they would have done the research on it to see if it was a legal law. |

You can always get some attorney somewhere to say what you want them to say. It happens every day, believe it or not. Sometimes, the laws are written to cause controversy so that someone will sue and place a precedent. Or it's possible that the law being discussed is vastly different (and legal) than what some fear-brokering extremist has posted on youtube. (I'm placing my bets on the latter). |

If it's the real deal, you and I will be safe. Before it gets to us, they will have had plenty of time to test it on kids in Massachusetts to find out if it's safe or not. |

This is the closest official information that I could find on it: http://republicbroadcasting.org/?p=4234 I don't what kind of source this is. "SB 2028, as of Sept. 2, was parked in the state’s House Ways & Means Committee. Jared Cain, communications director for Sen. Moore, noted that since Moore was associate Federal Emergency Management Agency director under President Clinton, he focuses on pandemic response policy. “This has been on his agenda for many years,” Cain informed AFP. “This bill has been refiled several times over five years.” Pressed on this matter — since H1N1 is a new issue and this bill goes back several years – Cain replied that the general policy in the bill “has not been updated for over 50 years.” He added that it takes the deadly 1918 Spanish flu into account and that’s partly why the bill contains harsh measures, though he claimed, “Quarantine does not mean boot camp.” Rather, it would typically mean home confinement if the situation is bad enough, for those who refused the shots and appear to be sick. “It’s voluntary – it’s not forced,” he assured AFP, when pressed on whether the shots would be mandatory for all." |

H1N1....
Much to do about nothing! In Georgia they quit testing for it because 98% of people that have the flu have H1N1.... unless you are in a high risk group it is just the flu.....both my kids had it..I wiped it out in 2 days with herbal remedies.....no big deal! btw....there is absolutely no evidence that indicate vaccine work.... Even Jonas Saulk stated. that... "any one that got polio after 1960 .....it was caused by the vaccine" |

See, that makes more sense to me. Quarantining has always been legal and within the bounds of public safety. Though, frankly, I wonder what the point of mandatory vaccines would be if someone is already sick? The point of vaccines is to PREVENT and if someone is already sick, a vaccine is worthless. |
