I would say no, like you said, civics and history aren't being taught anymore. If they were, we probably wouldn't be in the mess we are today.

Well, to be quite honest, the Communist party is alive and well here in America. Besides being everyday citizens, they have infiltrated the public school system, college universities, media, local, state and federal government. They pose as progressives. We have all run into these people at one time or another. Heck, I have family members who are card caring Communists who were born here in the USA and influencing young minds with great success up in Massachusetts. I was even one for a good many years, (back in college and for a few years afterwards - until I was 29). We still have to be on guard against Communism. It is taking over the USA. Deep down we all know it - it's just a matter if you like it enough to deny it's even happening.

It doesn't matter if Trump is guilty of anything or not. They don't like him or his semi-conservative views and will fight him even if he's found completely innocent of everything. Trump is the exact opposite of how these lefty's look at life. I don't like it, but can understand them. We do need balance, if one extreme side gets to powerful, weird things start to happen. There are many examples of this seen on both sides.

I don't know why everyone is worked up about socialism - WE SHOULD SKIP SOCIALISM AND GO STRAIGHT TO COMMUNISM. That is was all the Leftist Elites are going for anyway. Now that I'm single, I find myself going to Walmart to purchase the majority of food for the week. It seem to be quite a bit cheaper then the grocery stores. - the downside - too many other people are buying their food there too. The place is always packed and the check out lanes are insane, even the self checkout ones!

2 hours is my limit and she's really got to be something for that, but driving 24 hours to meet someone??!! Wow, I'll give you a lot of credit for that - that's commendable.

There is a bar in my area that has two grand pianos, drums and bass. They play 70-90's rock on the pianos. It really is a cool place to go - very energetic, everyone sings along and dances and it's a whole lot of fun. It's $5 to get in and then the cost of the drinks - it's a fun $20 date!

I was divorced in November. When I was a younger man I didn't ever have any problems getting dates, but now that I'm 50 and been out of the dating scene for almost 20 years, it is not as easy for me as it once was.
