Not that that is significant in and of itself, should you find yourself in a relationship like that..
But it might be significant if you keep finding yourself in bed with different men like that.

The problem is fairly common with emachines. I would not be a bit surprised if franshade is not the only one who has one sitting in a closet somewhere.
I've got one here of a different configuration that was in liliths basement. I am not going to repair it..just strip it for parts.

It might be helpful to others, if you list the boards you found in the thread.

If you found them.. Don't you suppose it would be helpful to list them?

Some of us here exhibit at least one of these characteristics. Sometimes a combination of all of them, in everything they post.

If this were in real life, and we were all standing in a big room... They would be the ones walking around from group to group. Interjecting themselves into ongoing conversations. Without making any effort to find out what the conversation is about... The goal being, making it all about them... Not listening to feedback, but relishing the attention.
They soon start making rude comments to the opposite sex. Possibly coping a feel at times. Then slide into self pity statements about being ignored and lonely...

When all that fails to get the rooms attention... They jump up on a table yelling and cussing at the top of their voice.. as we try to calm them down... Some of us laughing.. some of us ignoring.. A few threatening to throw them out on their head.

Soon it all degrades to them going on stage and stealing the mic from the band.. holding a butter knife to their throat. Finally the police come and they spend the next few days in observation.

We all can get that way at times to some degree. I know if I do... I would prefer it if a friend took the time to draw a hard line with me, should I not snap out of it on my own.

The board that will fit this computer is pretty outdated. Tigerdirect probably will not have anything compatible. Not even in it's clearance area.
Her best hope is to either go to a surplus house or ebay.



Replacing a motherboard and Power supply, ain't rocket science. Anybody with a minimum of mechanical ability, a number 2 screwdriver, the ability to research the project and ask for guidance can pull it off.

Apparently my Mother is unaware of that rule. She is in her 70's.. and I remember when she was just turning 50 ~ She said that her 40's were thus far, back then.. the best decade of her life.

Little did she know.. She would still be riding that wave today.

I don't know why it is.. But after a number of years, working with newly released felons. I made a discovery.

Most criminals tend to be relatively normal and of average or better intelligence. Then.. when they start thinking criminally.. They somehow reduce themselves to the I.Q. of cord wood. When they stop.. they are normal again.

Out of every 100 people I worked with... only 5 managed to not end up back in prison over some stupid petty crime.

The first I heard of it was about 5 or 6 years ago but have not had an opportunity to review any of it. One of my clients asked me about the feasibility of it. I told him that the theory seems to be reasonable enough. There are some tell tale signs that everyone does when being dishonest... Developing a program that can detect those seems plausible. If there was a camera on the subject as well.. i would think that you could get a fairly good accuracy, provided the person was not aware they were being monitored.
