Hey, Tea! Only you can really know what you need, right now. Could be a break or a different approach. Seems to be your last two years have been pretty dramatic, so you just might need a wee bit more time to get centered.
Sometimes when you let go, or "give up" on something, you can be surprised by a positive result. I hope that you can find your way to enjoying the journey, not just focus on a destination.

My son loves pancakes, hash browns and bacon for a supper surprise. Toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter is really good. |

Home made fries baked in the oven. I also cut up parsnips and carrots to go with the potatoes. Toss them with a little bit of olive oil, sea salt, pepper, rosemary and oregano (dried). Cook for 35-40 minutes in a 425*F oven, turning once half way through. Yum!

Well, I'm 40 and I just had a baby, and I feel great! I was healthy before hand, and take care with my health. It is a different experience, being older, but it's been pretty smooth sailing.
What do you feel the limiting factors should be? It has been my experience that a person's age is not a good indicator of how well they parent. |

Swimming is going great. :) . .I love the water, and the hot AZ weather makes it feel that much better. I have started monitoring my weight once a week from home. I weighed in today . . .308!!!   This is fantastic news, Penny! Even better news is hearing about how you are feeling good about yourself.  That is the real victory! The changes in your lifestyle will continue to roll out; gotta love being able to do more. Whoohoo!
