If publishing leaked documents that "harm the national interest" is a crime, it means that when a government wants to commit atrocities, it gets its intelligence service to commit - or pay for - the crime, make any related documentation of it classified, and punish with prison anyone who makes the information public. That's the precedent that the criminalization of WikiLeaks is setting.

Is he an American citizen or not? If he is, the House has the right to get his tax records. There is no exemption because he is President.
