When attacks/crimes are being committed there is something called the rule of 9's. The rule of 9's is that police show up 99.999% of the time after the attack/crime has been committed.

Air Force Sgt. Matt Pinkerton Fires 2 Fatal Shots at Home Intruder - Now Faces 2nd Degree Murder Charge

Another liberal gun-grabber, a Maryland DA, would rather a citizen die than defend themselves, their family/friends, or their rights, in their own home.

I guess brains and morals aren't required for a position of public trust and safety in this Maryland community......

And now Obozo's pet rock hairy reed went and made it pert near impossible to not confirm more idiot liberals.

Like it or not.....the truth is nobody is being force to work on Thanksgiving or any other day.

Here, stick this in your ear. This is what happens when you are supposedly not forced to work a holiday...you get fired.

The manager of an Indiana Pizza Hut claims he was fired for refusing to open the restaurant on Thanksgiving.

Tony Rohr, who worked his way up from cook to manager at the restaurant, in Elkhart, Ind., over 10 years, said the company that owns the store dictated it be open for the holiday, and he refused.

"I said, 'Why can't we be the company that stands up and says we care about our employees and they can have the day off,?'" Rohr told WSBT 22. "Thanksgiving and Christmas are the only two days that they're closed in the whole year and they're the only two days that those people are guaranteed to have off to spend with their families.”

A Pizza Hut rep told the station that the decision to remain open on Thanksgiving wasn't up to Rohr, and that it came from the corporate level.

Rohr wrote a letter venting his frustrations, saying: "I do not resign. However, I accept that the refusal to comply with this greedy, immoral request means the end of my tenure with this company." He added, "I hope you realize that it is the people at the bottom of the totem pole that make your life possible."

Later, the station got in touch with the director of operations for the local chain and he told the news station that Rohr did not get fired, but rather, he quit.

Pizza Hut is owned by Yum! Brands, which also owns Taco Bell and KFC.

When the ignorance of the source is considered when I'm being referred to with vulgarity it's quite comical and it's actually a compliment. laugh
That's why I like it when people like you get upset by what I say and resort to name calling.
It shows that you can't rationally argue against and/or can't handle the truth I presented.

Like it or not.....the truth is nobody is being force to work on Thanksgiving or any other day.

I suppose you think a person who WANTS to work tomorrow is greedy too? After all they are doing it for the money like their employers. SMH

If the market didn't show an interest in shopping none of those stores would be open.

Why don't the self righteous, corporate hating socialists try getting the evil people to stop shopping by demonizing them for creating a market for stores to warrant being open? Oh wait, that won't work.....demonizing shoppers, AKA the little guys, doesn't garner as much support and attention as demonizing the businesses, AKA the big guys.

I believe in freedom of choice whether it's the shopper, the merchant or the employee. As a shopper I personally choose not to shop on any holiday. Well except for those crazy federal made up holidays. I just don't think I should interfere with anyone else's right to shop, work or open a store on any day.

Have a happy Thanksgiving.

End of report.

You don't make me angry, just cause I throw out a few expletives and you think I'm angry shows me your hyper sensitive.

I agree that stores should not open Thanksgiving Day, but I don;t think it should be a law. I do think employers should have to entice people to work on that day, however, it should not be mandatory

No one is saying to make it a law, its just suggesting that we preserve a tradition.

I won't sign anything that is sponsored by Moveon.org, a liberal progressive group who George Soros gave more than $1.46 million to promote socialism.

Besides I believe in free market capitalism and individual freedom. Many people CHOOSE to work on holidays to make extra money.

Anyone who signs this doesn't support freedom and is an A**HOLE!!!!!!!

Screw Soros and his socialist buddies.

Nope anyone who supports forcing people away from their families in a non emergency related field is an A-hole and soros can **** off too.

Don't you understand that NOBODY IS FORCED TO WORK ON ANY DAY, INCLUCING HOLIDAYS, in this country???....look at all the people who don't work by choice. If people chooses to work where they are open on Thanksgiving, and working somewhere is a choice, then they shouldn't complain if they have to work.

Are of the mindset that employees, not employers, should establish the rules for their employment? Hell I'm a retired teamster and I saw how government and union rules forced most union shops to close.

Quite possibly the dumbest thing I've read on here, and I've some dumb stuff here.

Its pure greed we're talking about, Walmart, Kmart, Target, Best buy can all wait to open at 6am Friday morning. And I people who support such greed are inconsiderate pricks in addition to being an *******

DOJ with the dirty knees is a liability to justice.

Animal was served justice.

Rewards should be set aside for heroes such as the shooter.

Animals family prolly have more of the same, waiting to be killed.

These two wastes of sperm kept their 3 daughters ages 12-17 locked up in their rooms for up to 2 years, girls hadn't bathed in as many as 4 months and were only fed once a day. Below is a link to a news station here that has several articles on the matter.

Let them be angry, the kid was committing a crime, someone stopped him, the police would have reacted the same way if he had swung the gun towards them.

the liberalness of the court system gets in the way sometimes...

True, this is Alabama and I don't know how liberal Alabama is.

alabama is not liberal, but the national laws are...

This will be local jurisdiction.

Until the DOJ get's into the picture and starts a Case about how the poor Kids Civil Rights were violated!

That's what they want though. Don't intervene in a crime just run away. Don't try to protect your neighborhood, STFU and run away. A girl getting beaten on the streets by her boyfriend? Run away. An armed robbery? Run away. A suspicious guy wandering your neighborhood? Run away.

Capitulate to the criminals. Give them the high ground. Just run away and let the crime happen. Don't get involved and don't get all heroic just let it happen. If you don't then the law will get you not the criminal. You could and should have just walked away.

That's the current DOJ, gotta remember it is run and overseen by racists.

RONKS, Pa. – Police in the heart of Pennsylvania's Amish country say a horse pulling a buggy has been killed in a drive-by shooting.

WHTM-TV reports five people were inside the buggy Sunday night when a car drove by and a shot was fired in Ronks, in southeastern Lancaster County.

Police say the car didn't stop after what sounded like a firecracker.

The horse was discovered to be injured when the buggy arrived at a farm about a mile away. It died before a veterinarian could arrive.

The TV station says the horse suffered a bullet wound to the left side of its torso. The buggy's passengers weren't injured.
