Topic: The One Word Message

Pet peeve: The one word message. I could ask one question or write a novel and get either a five words or less response from a guy. Now, I've only experienced this with two guys. But it is starting to annoy me. Especially if I receive a text from a guy, it is only one word. It is kinda hard to explain it but it's really annoying to me. K...now I'm ready for a drink.

Sometimes one word is all you need. Love. Respect. Compassion. Care. But I feel your pain. What one word can do, makes a paragraph look like a preconstructed thought. So take those one word responses, and together they will be more.

I agree... why are they online chatting if they don't have anything to say.... isn't that the point here... to get to know each other, make a friend... make a connection.... it's the only way to communicate here... no body language here after all.... Just a hint guys.... if you want to 'score' or develop a relationship, ya gotta open up a little more....

I get ya on this...it's fine...but sometimes if a guy uses the same word over and over again...it becomes redundant.
