Good she deserves to go to jail, however shes only been indicted , thats not a guilty verdict or a sentence.. it just means theres sufficient evidence to try her for it..

If ever there was need to use the "C" word on a woman, this would be it.

I agree that she should be held accountable for her role in this act. And my heart goes out to the mother who lost her child. But I'm having a hard time understanding part of this.

I have a profile on that site and it is set to private, all comments have to be approved and I have the option of deleting a friend who sends me a message that is insulting to me. I might have missed the answer to this but why didn't the girl delete the "so called boy" from her friends list and just ignore him?

As bad as I feel for her parents losing their child, shouldn't they take some kind of responsibiliy in this situation? I mean, shouldn't they have been checking to see what she was doing online on a daily basis, who her friends were, what her friends were talking about? And if they were doing any of that, why didn't they just tell there daughter to delete him as a friend?

Can someone explain to me how this happened without the parents having any idea what there child was doing online?

Talk about being tried in the media. As tragic as this case is how can you get at the truth for a fair trial when you have the media circus going on? The public has the right to know but sometimes i think the gag orders should go into effect while the investigation is on going as the media likes to report suppositions as fact.

charged with one count of conspiracy and three counts of accessing protected computers without authorization to get information

I wonder what the punishment is for that?
