Topic: Our Country!!

A father wanted to read a magazine but was being bothered by his little girl, Shelby. She wanted to know what the United States looked like. Finally, he tore a sheet out of his new magazine on which was printed the map of the country. Tearing it into small pieces, he gave it to Shelby and said, 'Go into the other room and see if you can put this together. This will show you our whole country today.' After a few minutes, Shelby return to her Dad and handed him the map, correctly fitted and taped together. The father was surprised and asked how she had finished so quickly. 'Oh,' she said, 'on the other side of the paper is a picture of Jesus. When I got all of Jesus back where He belonged, then our country just came together.' This one is worth forwarding. OVER AND OVER AGAIN.....AMEN!!!!! God Bless

And trying to force Jesus into all of this country is what has divided it, it has not unified it one teeny tiny bit....

Nobody knows what Jesus looks like. It was just a man with a beard and long hair.

Nobody knows what Jesus looks like. It was just a man with a beard and long hair. It was probably a picture of George Carlin and the kid just didn't know any better.

Nobody knows what Jesus looks like. It was just a man with a beard and long hair. Jesus didn't have long hair, he wasn't a Nazarite, he was a Nazarene.

I loved it. Thank you. Now: are we so sure Jesus had long hair? I mean over His shoulders? It is considered effimante in the Bible. One reason I wonder is because in (1 Corinthians 11:14) "Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?" Kat

Nobody knows what Jesus looks like. It was just a man with a beard and long hair. Jesus didn't have long hair, he wasn't a Nazarite, he was a Nazarene. Still, nobody really knows what he looked like.

The Bible is clear that Jesus wouldn't stand out in a crowd, so he surely didn't have long hair.

He is from the middle east so he would of course be dark skinned and dark haired, with full hair maybe wavy. Olive skinned, short curly hair, trim beard, brown eyes. Average looks, which would fade into a crowd. Judas had to kiss Jesus on the cheek, otherwise the soldiers wouldn't have recognized him.

Wow, then I guess that vision of him with long hair and beard that everyone claims to be having is just a delusion, and people who have pictures of this image hanging on their walls are worshiping the fake Jesus they call Sananda who is the captain of the ship "hope." (Seriously this is a new age cult.) But then what about the image on the shroud of Terran? Is that a fraud or someone else? Some claim it is the image of Jesus. JB
