Topic: First car you ever bought?

My first car was a 1955 Ford Falcon, cost me $50 bucks. Traded some guy my hood and passenger door. He was restoring his, was exact same color. Traded to get the damn thing running again. Luckily he taught me enough to keep it running for a year till the timing chain broke. Junked it for $50 bucks - no loss there. Bought up, paid $75.00 for a '57 chevy wagon, push button contols.

1974 Pontiac Tempest - $50 a month payments and $5 worth of gas kept me going for a couple of weeks, geez, those were the good old days.

62 Dodge Sedan, paid $1200. Had a big V-8 and a 4 bbl carb, it would pass anything on the road except a gas staton.

LOL garden. well my first car i got for an apple 2e computer.the guy wanted $300.00. i drove that car home with NO LICENCE OR INSURANCE OR PLATE! then i drove the car to the nearest gas station then out to tawatinaw alberta from edmonton alberta.i was only 17. that was jan 31 1991. i remember that much. oh also my mom giving me heck for it.lol.those were the days.lol.

1990 toyota tercel (brand new) 5 speed, no air, no power steering. I couldn't even drive it off the lot...was doin the bunny hop the entire 30 mile drive back home.

None they were all stolen. Well I take it back . A big green 78' Cordoba. It was nicknamed "The Doby ****". I lost it because of my mother screaming at me for driving under the law. Years later it was just. Aw she just loves you.

$900 for an 85 Dodge Aires wagon... which blew up 6 months later. LMAO it was SUCH a hunk of $!@#.

I bought a 93 Dodge Daytona v6, 5 speed, in 1999 with only 43k on the odometer. Man, I miss that car... so many memories.

LOL Does your first car count if it only lasted a month? My second, purchased in 1988, a '69 Chevelle, is STILL what I drive. Will NEVER give him up no matter how many times idiots flag me off the road to ask if I will sell. Morons come right up to the front door out of the blue to ask!
