I have 2 for my head...1 for my knee when it's killin me..and 2 other pillows that just lie untouched on the other side of my bed..maybe someday they will get used.

Three pillows. One under my head. One on top, and one between my legs. So comfy. ^_^

two..one for my head and one to lay my arm on so my shoulder doesn't pop out of joint...need to get that fixed soon...ouch!
