OK I have a question~~~does anyone else feel pressured about staying in
the same size of clothes? If you feel your clothes get tighter, do you
instantly go on a diet?
I lost 125 lbs and now if I even gain 2-3 lbs and feel my clothes
getting tighter, I feel all kinds of panic to get back on my diet and
get this weight off! I don't know if its because I have been heavy all
of my life and I have finally lost most of my weight~~~I have kept it
off for about 3 years now but its a struggle every single day.
Just wanted to know if anyone else panics???

See thats why I don't let is go past 2-3 pounds because its so easy to
let it go! I know summer is coming so hopefully I can get out and walk a
bit, then maybe I won't be so worried all the time. I am sure that you
will lose it back buttons, its just so easy to gain and its an every day
struggle to keep it off!!

Age has something to do with it. I peek'd, you both are just beyond the
frst brkt; wait till the big 50's. Just gets harder. So get used to
working at keeping weight stable. The fact that you care says alot
about you. It just ISN'T healthy to not watch your weight. Been
working at it for entire life.

Don't feel pressured and I don't panic and, although I was never
terribly overweight, I'm now back down to a size 10, which I hadn't seen
since my daughter was born, so if I start gaining a few pounds, I'll
just cut back on colas or carbs or amounts, whatever. Also, I don't
worry about it that much in the wintertime; I know it's all going to
come off in the summer when I get out there and start doing yardwork and
stuff.

I don't know if this counts but in the last yr my daughter, sherrie as
you all know her, has put 35lbs on me,feelfat as hell but guess I needed
it or at least part of it. I weighed 135lbs since I was 17, I am now 51
so I guess it was time.

ohh be quiet Bucket... LOL... men usually have it made in the weight
department.

I am 45 and I need to get down to a 12. I have not seen 10 since I had
my 2nd daughter. I will be working on this this summer.

Some of us just hate the mall so much we don't want to deal with
shopping LOL Me, I have been a size 3 since I was a teenager, and yeah,
still have clothes from back then that fit. Actually some of my most
comfortable stuff being so worn in and all LOL
Only time I have ever bothered to do that dieting stuff was right after
I had a kid. Deal I made with myself was I could have 3 months to get
back to my size 3 levis, as my present to myself. I just feel icky,
slow and tired if I let my weight go up even 5lbs. Just can't
understand how all those people let themselves get so frickin fat! As
if they didn't notice when it was only 10 extra lbs or something.

Before I started weight watchers I was in a size 26W and couldnt even
fit into a pair of mens levis. I am now a size 12/14 and wear a 34 in
jeans.
I look at it as a life style change so a pound here and there doesnt
bother me anymore as I know what I need to do it get it off, THE GYM!!
lol
