 Long-term relationships need a lot of what?Laughter, compromise, sex, or respect? I apparently don't know the answer to this. I've only had a couple and neither lasted... Whatever they need, I must be lacking in it... I've been single for most of my life.

Well, first, the person you are trying to be with has to make you happy, and they have to make an effort to make you happy. If they make you happy, then you need to make an effort to make them happy. As long as you're both trying to make the other happy because, well, you make each other happy, you're good. It's not always easy, but it is worth it! |
