Come on girls don't give up,be glad you have high standards and values, and your BS meter is still working.Lots of players and jerks on these sites, but there are decent men on here also. Ya just have to keep your barn boots on and learn to step over the bullsh^*t some like to spread around.

Wow...
Horsegirl what a story. How could a guy forget...oops I think I've got something to do tomorrow...oh yeah, the marriage thing...think think think

Carold ,Creepy, thinking maybe you have it made in the shade because you are widowed.... My former co-worker from Texas used to say...men!! you can't live withim and you can't shootem, ceptin in Texas!explode

Oh Lord, make the nice guys come out of the woodwork or where ever they are hiding....tears

Poly, I made sure I was on the farm when he came to get his horse, you should have seen his face.(ill ) His new wife was with him. He didn't know what I was going to do. Didn't do a thing not worth it. His expression and him trying to keep wifey away from me was all I needed. (Closure) I did give him a look that could kill.

devil Karma--- 4months into his marriage he came home _h_tfaced and starting banging on the door because wifey had locked him out and when he broke into the house wifey shot him three times, unfortunately he survived. Glad He's gone -- I don't need a drunk in my life and hate all the drama.

You really don't know a person without being with them for a long time.

I know that you'll have enjoyed reading about my dating experiences, so I will enlighten you on my most recent experience.
I don't know if any of you have every been on Craiglist, but they have a dating sight. So, I emailed a few. We'll one guy and I emailed constantly. Finally we exchanged phone numbers and began to talk to one another.
One night my younger brother called to yell at me about my dad's will. So when I got of the phone, I opened a beer, then I opened another (like I said give me two beers and I'll say anything I don't care). We'll this guy calls and we are talking and he ask me to have coffee with him when he gets off at 5. Well by now you all know I have horses and you just have to take care of them on a schedule so I told him at 5, I would be exercising the horse and ask him to come by (I know I screwed up and asked a stranger to my house--give me another beer).
Well, I have just got on the horse and he pulls up and I tell him to come in and have a seat at the barn that it will not take me that long to exercise him. Well the horse, I am talking about is 16.1 hands (a hand is equal to 4 inches) so, this sucker is tall and he has been locked up due to an eye infection. In other words he is raring to go. When I finish riding I have to finish the stall, give the horse his medicine, feed him and put hay out. Well this guy is just setting there while I am lifting 50 lbs of shavings for the stall and moving a bale of hay.
Well to make a long story short we really didn't hit it off, he was looking for someone to take care of him. (Not me!!!)
Two days later, I go back on Craigslist and guess what, that dudes ad is back but this time he's looking for a feminine woman

Think my view of being "taken care of" is quite a bit different.
Chores are better done together, than setting, watching.
We all have horror stories, like people, some are just worse than others.

You just have to learn to laugh thru the hard ones and chalk it up to a new learning experience. Even at our age we are still learning.

looks like 50 pounds of shavings and a bale of hay make for a good "jerk radar" untill you get your other one fixed.
