In reading profiles sometimes I'll come across the statement "no game players". OK. So what exactly is a game player? I'm sure men and women have different ideas on what constitutes a game player.

To me a player is...A person that acts like they care for you but is actually out for your money or possessions. They have no intentions of a relationship from the very start. Hence..they are a player. They play games for their own benefit. |

Hence..they are a player. They play games for their own benefit. Also, a player is someone who uses your emotions to get finge benefits and really doesn't care about you. Basically a JERK!!!!!!!! Can not say the other words that come to mind would get kicked off.

CONTACT AS MANY MEN/WOMEN AS THEY CAN WITH NO REAL THOUGHT AS TO HOW THE PERSON MIGHT FEEL....MAKES THEM FEEL IMPORTANT LIKE A NOTCH ON THEIR BELT!! |

There is a book called "The Game" by a guy named Neil Strauss. It's all about pick up artists and the games they play with people. I don't think this is where the term comes from, but basicaly these guys make a game out of getting woman, however it turns out that they are also a bunch of screwed up losers and have a hard time making any kind of real emotional attachment to people.

In my many years of experience I think I may have seen it all. On the 3d sites I been on I have seen people play many games from being very personable and then sucking you in playing on your sensitivity and emotional needs and then leaving you crushed, deeply hurt or feeling totally confused. It not just saying they want to talk on the phone or meet in person. I not saying all men or woman are like that but many prey on people thinking that because they here they are emotional insecure or in a bad marriage looking for a way out. The best advice I have to offer is just be yourself and never lower your standards just cause you on the puter.

Well!
 I changed my profile to say friendship, but that's because if I say relationship, or activity partner seems like men get the wrong idea, now I just ask them upfront, what are you looking for in a relationship? Like the fella that emailed me recently he answered that he was looking for a woman who was aware of her "sensuality and womanhood" uhhhhhhh......I took that to mean if he pays for dinner he expected something in return

Unfortunately they come in all shapes and sizes, and a few of them are not that easily to spot. Often when you find out you fell for one, you might be deeply involved already, and that is when you get hurt.
