Can you imagine working for a company that has a little more than 500
employees and has the following statistics:

* 29 have been accused of spousal abuse
* 7 have been arrested for fraud
* 19 have been accused of writing bad checks
* 117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses
* 3 have done time for assault
* 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
* 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
* 8 have been arrested for shoplifting
* 21 are currently defendants in lawsuits
* 84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year

Can you guess which organization this is?

Give up yet?

It's the 535 members of the United States Congress. The same group of
Idiots that crank out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep
the rest of us in line.

to read it, freaking congressmen/women, holier than thou attitudes

Im kinda pissy, hate seeing anyone think that they're better than anyone
else, and those jerks take the cake.

This doesn't surprise me one bit. The most corruption I have ever seen
was working for the govt and the courts. Resigned from the legal field
completely because I wouldn't be a part of it.

I have run accross this information on the web. I think it was actually
offered by a polotician, but I don't remember the purpose. I will
leave this link for Koizumi to find and distribute.

By the way, the link I read, actually gave the refences to whom these
statistics belong. I will say that these 'discrpancies' were not
attributed to all different poeple. Some commited more than one of the
offenses listed.

May I also add that the Senators and Congress stick together, and they
stand behind the law enforcement, even when the law enforcement are in
the wrong! When I wrote to them, asking for outside help..they basically
told me too bad..or flat have ignored my pleas. They don't care about
the citizens, they only care about themselves...( just my own personal
opinion of course)

I wouldn't be surprised, But I'd like to know your source.

It's our fault for electing them.
