Where in the end both parties are understood, given respect and recognized validity. It would also be good if a resolution happens but not always is that necessary.

Where you are communicateing about and hopefully resolveing issues rather than attacking your mate or anyone that is important in your life. Hopefully when the fight is over both sides feel like they may have been passionate about their feelings but is more important that the passion is connecting rather than tearing each other apart or leaving them feel conquered.
